Full refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received by August 5, 2010; 50% refund of fees if written cancellation is received August 6, 2010 through September 5, 2010; no refund of fees if written cancellation notice is received after September 5, 2010.

If cancelling your participation, please be sure to also cancel any hotel reservation directly with the Talking Stick Resort to avoid a no-show fee.
